The White House has directed officials not to testify at the following upcoming closed door depositions.
# November 5
**Wells Griffith, director of international energy and environment at the National Security Council.**Investigators requested testimony, expectation is that he will not comply.
**Michael Duffey WH OMB**.Subpoenaed by the House impeachment investigators to give a deposition on Nov. 5. Duffey had declined to appear when asked voluntarily to appear for a deposition.
# November 6
**T. Ulrich Brechbuh, State Department counselor**. Subpoenaed on Oct. 25; did not appear previously when asked to give a voluntary deposition. No response to subpoena. Expectation is that he will not comply.
**Russell Vought, WH OMB acting director**
Subpoenaed to testify Nov. 6. Did not appear previously when asked to give a voluntary deposition. Expectation is that he will not comply.
**Rick Perry, outgoing Department of Energy Secretary**Set up the July 25 phone call between Trump and Zelensky, has been asked to testify . Department of Energy said Perry would “not partake in a secret star chamber inquisition where agency counsel is forbidden to be present.”
This, to my knowledge, is the only science fiction response thus far.
**David Hale, Under Secretary of State**Requested to appear. Hale has not commented publicly on the request. Expectation is that he will not comply.
# November 7
**John Bolton, former national security adviser**
Requested to testify. Neither Bolton or his mustache have commented publicly on the request.
# November 8
**Mick Mulvaney, acting chief of staff**Requested to testify. WH counsel Pat Cipollone wrote a letter to House leaders Oct. 8, saying the administration would not cooperate with requests. “We’ve been treated very unfairly, very different from anybody else,” Trump said previously.
