  2. I’m undecided on whether we should start impeachment immediately. He’s clearly committed impeachable offenses, but I think there’s some merit to bringing them off the page and onto the TV for the public.

    As to the point of this article, the court battles are just beginning and so far Trump hasn’t been successful in them at all, so the argument seems moot. Why bring an impeachment to get leverage in the courts that hasn’t been necessary?
